26.4.2004 Celebrations of millenium of the meeting of Oldrich prince and Bozena Celebrations of millenium of the meeting of Oldrich prince and Bozena (a thousand years of foundation Peruc village) A cultural board is working on the preparations of these magnificent celebrations which will be hold in June this year. It is very important and interesting to know the history of Peruc to understand all about. To more information about you can find at this page refer to "History". Programme of celebrations: Friday, 25th of June 2004 7 p.m. - ceremony opening of celebrations in the Cinema hall. We will listen to a talk of Mr. Zemli?ka about the meeting of Oldrich prince and Bozena. An evening will be continue by concert of Pavlína Séni? singer. There will be asses creative competition by pupils of basic school in Peruc during the evening. 8 p.m. - dancing in the country style in the pub U Mat?j?k?. Saturday, 26th of June 2004 8 a.m. - we will honour a memory of our citizens whose died in the II. World War at the place of Sv. ?ech.9 a.m. - welcome and meeting of natives from Peruc and Chrastín village in the town hall. 9 a.m. - 12 a.m. and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. - you can see all kinds of exhibitions: at school, in the cinema, in the gallery, in the museum of Czech countryside, in the Memory hall of Emil Filla, in the library, in the town hall. You can also visit the church of St. Peter and Paul. In the place of Emil Filla there you can meet some different historical tradesmen who will present how to make their trade. 1 p.m. - will be start ceremony opening of afternoon celebration by chief of Peruc, welcoming of guests by the Oldrich oak place. After short talk we will go by procession in the place of Emil Filla. There will give a programme with known artists like Rudolf Kvíz - actor, Bed?ich Ludvík - singer, Tomá? Najbrt - musician, Blanka Popková - actress. Further on will perform Small theatre Boti?ka and fencing group Abbaca. Promenade concert by Rodáci musician group will continue till 5 p.m. 8 p.m. - dancing amusement Sunday, 27th of June 2004 9 a.m. - 12 a.m. - you can see all kind of continuous exhibitions. 9 a.m. - will be start a competition - A race of Oldrich´s run to Bozena, from the place of Emil Filla. 2 p.m. - concert of chorus from Ro?ov in the church of St. Peter and Paul.3 p.m. - the programme in the church will continue by ceremony divine service.
